We created Menu 2035 because we believe foresight is a responsibility. As a B Corp and as a team exposed to vast intelligence about change, we feel compelled to shine a light on what lies ahead for our food system, and the consequences for governments, businesses, and our own diets.
The evidence is compounding: nutrition is regressing, pollution is intensifying, soils are losing vitality. The breakdown in our bodies mirrors the breakdown in our ecology. Change in food systems is not a question of if but how: whether we act early and proactively to transform and protect what we savour today, or react and respond as pressures become unavoidable.

We believe sustainability should not be proprietary. That’s why we work actively to share this knowledge, and why we are fortunate to partner with organisations willing to share their platforms to spread it further.
